A Handful of Beautiful Open-Realty Templates

I took open-realty and forked it along with all of our old designs converted to work in both the existing build of open-realty and this forked variant. I’ve been building open-realty sites since it was a product released by Jon Roig many years ago and I still do IDX / RETS integrated sites with open-realty. Its a good entry level product for most offices and agents. But cleaning out my archives I found dozens of designs I abandoned over the years and will make available if anyone is interested. YES, YES, YES I know the Open Realty Template Design Kit is supposed to have many of these things but after recent events I’ve decided there must be a separate solution as well. I’ll publish them at my newly acquired site “CSS DESIGN MAGIC” late next week after I rethink the sites face lift.

The Real Estate Brokers Edge

Yeah, The Brokers Edge is a pet project for Phoenix Web Works wherein lies a great deal of my energy in coming up with a unique yet familiar and comfortable design as I’ve done and have yet to apply. I’ll be working on this all weekend and I’d love to see people join and support a truly unique project. I’m a fan of the project because in all the forums I’ve been asked to moderate or administer this one has two unique flavors I’m not going to reveal just yet that are right up my alley. Granted I respect and appreciate the forum owners that do have me as moderator and administrator so no pun intended toward them at all. Join the forum today.
