A quick post about the JW Image Rotator for OpenRealty add-on. I’ve been rather busy and have not been able to answer everyones request for this add-on so please find the link on the image to download this latest version. I do not have the documentation fully complete so please use the INSTRUCTIONS.html file included in the add-on folder for now.
As it stands this version does not have the admin panel feature yet nor does it have the linking feature which will be in the next release. For now, please just edit the addon.inc.php file in accordance to the instructions and upload to your openrealty-install/addons/ folder. It is also important to note that in the next release I will add in the code for the featured listings slideshow option. I still need to get some templates together for the demonstration. The featured listings option will put a nice little image rotator in a featured listings instance that can be defined by two variables like city and zip code for instance. If you have lets say a single featured listing in your sidebar, rather than have a single image as part of the featured listings you would have a small slideshow. I hope to have that ready by the following weekend.
Like the shoemaker whos kids have no shoes, my client obligations come first. If however someone wants to step up and pay my coder the small fee to add those features in as a priority, please do contact me on my contact page. To download this version, just click the image above.
