What was discovered but not published is that the phpMailer class has a difficult time handling multiple CC (carbon copies) so this was fixed by my former programmer who discovered the issue. It appears as if the Joomla OpenSEF Component has been abandoned as the original download location no longer exists. I’ve placed the latest known stable release below for download. This version works with Joomla 1.0.12. I’ll maintain updated news related to this in the original Joomla OpenSEF Post.
