Although the plugin is titled WP Menu Creator, the new features our programmer added makes the plugin more of a manager than ever before. The new release that will be published to WordPress later this evening has features added to optimize it for the SEO conscious webmasters and features a better means for controlling sort order.

Three of the most important features added to this release is the options for adding link title, link target, and setting the active link in order for CSS styling. Since this tool was really built more for the designer and developer it has been sparse on examples for the general blogger to follow and easily implement. So in response to the many dozens of emails I get a week regarding the menu plugin, I’ve published 15 menu examples complete with code ready for download at the copyright owners website located at http://www.ultimateidx.com

Open Realty Menu Creator Manager Pending

As with many of the WordPress plugins we publish and or produce, the WP Menu Creator (WordPress menu manager) is being converted for use with OpenRealty next week. The process for converting many WordPress plugins of this type to OpenRealty addons really isn’t exceptionally difficult considering that many of plugins use rather generic calls to common functions. Aside from the WordPress HOOKS, OpenRealty addons can be tied into the admin panel rather easily. I’ll keep you posted on that development.
