Import MLS RETS or IDX into OpenRealty ®

I’m taking on projects to import RETS or IDX data from your MLS into Open Realty, CSV or Other types of databases. If you want your MLS RETS or IDX listings to show up in either Joomla or WordPress we have completed a new product specifically designed for this.

Currently the plug-in for WordPress and Joomla is available on a domain lock basis, however the WP Featured Listings has been updated for WordPress 1.6 and is still free which you may download late this afternoon.

Current Pricing Examples

Mapping at or about 30 fields to your OpenRealty install then the price is $75 per class with three class minimum. If you intend on mapping in between 30 and 50 fields then the price per class is $125 per class, three class minimum. For 50 fields or more please request a quote. All the above prices should be noted that the ideal number of listings is well below 30,000 and in the event you require above 30,000 listings then I’ll have to examine the metadata, sample extract and host settings.

We handle import of data a bit different to take into account the potential database bloat that can take place in the OpenRealty database. For this reason, I and my programmer Mike Dates have set pricing to refelct the time it takes to hand edit and optimize the import scripts we have built to accommodate each MLS we encounter.

New WordPress OpenRealty Component

Taking the WordPress Featured Plug-in Forward — NEW RELEASE

Many months ago we built three plug-ins designed to work in ways that would benefit people in the Real Estate business which were tested but really only downloaded a hundred or so times. Were our efforts pointless? Not exactly! What I did was rebuild all the plugins to work in a more complete way, meaning we added in features cutting edge real estate sites would benefit from.

This weekend I’ll re-post the plug-in from the previous build along with several new small snippets. A new site was built to handle the latest and greatest of these tools and I’ll announce that this week.

The new product is a commercial product and has several optional features and includes that make it ideal for a complete Realtor website solution.

I know this is vague and I know this comes as little importance to many who have asked for the previous component and did not receive it. I apologize for past events and delays in releasing components that I’ve promised to release and had not. These new ones are worth the wait.
